Are there any treatments to cure idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis?

Unfortunately no. : Unfortunately, there is no real cure. There are still attempts to treat symptoms with bronchodilators, and we will give steroids a try, but overall immunosuppressants don't work. If it gets bad enough, transplant is sometimes an option.
