Yes : Yes you can, some tests are sensitive enough to detect pregnancy that early, some are not, but if you are eager to know you can do it, just remember that the best urine for it would be first morning urine and if you test negative you still might be pregnant because it is pretty early and test can be false negative still.

Possibly: A pregnancy test can be positive approximately 1 to 2 days prior to missing the menstrual cycle. If it is negative then recheck the urine pregnancy test if the menstrual cycle is late.
