You can fly: In general, there are few restrictions after an uncomplicated svt ablation. Your physician may ask you to avoid putting excess strain on the groin(s) for a few days to ensure the blood vessels used for catheter access heal adequately. You should be back to a normal routine far earlier than 6 weeks.
