Probably day 21: Ovulation normally occurs approximately 14 days prior to the next menstrual cycle. If your cycles are regularly 35 days long then you probably ovulate around day 20, 21 or 22. Starting intercourse around date 18 every other day such as day 18, 20 and 22 will probably cover ovulation.

Around day 21: A simple way to figure out when you ovulated during past cycles is to subract the #14 from the length of your cycle. So, 35-14=21. Therefore, you are ovulating in & around day 21. The first day of your period is day 1. Count out on a calendar to find out what day 21 is. You should then be timing sex to cycle days 19, 21 & 23. I hope this helps!
