Ask school counselor: Physical therapy is a growing field. Talk to your school counselor. Talk to a local physical therapist. Volunteer at a pediatric orthopedics hospital sponsored by scottish rite, such as texas scottish rite hospital in dallas. Ask about becoming a school trainer assistant and learn about sports rehab. There are many ways, you just have to look into them.

Home Program: Physical therapy is normally started as early as possible in an injury. A home program is the start of a physical therapy program and can be initiated at the prescribing doctor's office. This can include some form of bracing/taping, some form of anti-inflammatory like icing or contrast bathing, some form of exercises, and some form of exercises. Dr rich blake.
