Depends: I am not sure what you mean by a dislocated knee. If it is indicated dislocated (the bones of the knee joint are not in the right position against each other), then they need to be manipulated back to what they were before the injury. Once they've been placed back in the correct position, immobilization is warranted using a brace or a similar device. To strengthen muscles/ligaments, may go to pt.

See orthopedist: You cannot just rehab a dislocated knee. If the knee is truly dislocated, it needs immediate treatment by an orthopedic surgeon. If you mean that your kneecap or patella subluxs, meaning it has a tendency to slide out of it's groove, usually to the outside of the knee, there are taping techniques as well as certain physical therapy exercises that can be of help for that although sometimes surgery.
