What difficulties can i expect with rehabing after cartillge knee surgery?

Depends: Depending on the type of cartilage procedure, rehabilitation can vary. Some cartilage procedures like microfracture or oats or aci will require a period of non-weightbearing and range of motion program, while others such as chondroplasty will not require crutches during the postoperative period.

Minimal: If your knee is in good condition then you should rehab well. At 34, damage is hopefully minimal and depending on the procedure performed your recovery could be very rapid. Some procedures require extensive rehab. Providing the anticipated procedure will let me answer better.
