Self care : Ice application as well as warm compresses can help with headache disorders. I have had patients who have been able to manage their symptoms completely using ice application followed by warm compresses. You can also massage your temples for a couple of minutes following the ice/warm application. You may need a muscle relaxant or a check up with your pcp.

May be benign: Severe headaches and eye pain can occur with migraine, but the reverse could exist, such as a eye problem causing secondary headache. Would suggest you not be your own doctor, and get evaluated first. Anticipate you will feel much relieved when you are diagnosed and treated.
