Related to POTS: It is a test of autonomic nerve function. Because of low blood pressure the circulation to the nerves is faulty and the nerves that control sweat are not working. Eating 6 small meals a day, avoiding, alcohol, and high carbohydrate meals, eating your water by eating vegetables through the day every 3 hours, and exercising, while lying down if necessary can be helpful.
