PCOS?: If you had a blood preganncy test and it is negative, you are having anovulatory cycles c/w pcos (polycystic ovarian syndrome). If not trying to get pregnant, i would recommend birth control pills; if you are trying to conceive - take Progesterone pills (provera (medroxyprogesterone) 10 mg PO qd x 10d) and that will bring on your period. Do not go >3mths without getting a period as risk for endometrial cancer.
