Bleeding: Break through bleeding is what you are having. That's irregular bleeding on the pill. If you started the pill recently, just keep taking it and it usually will go away. If you've been on the pill for awhile, then it can be related to other problems. You should see your doctor.

Stress of all sorts affects our hormone balance thus having an impact on our bodily functions such as our periods. This occurs even with birth control pills. Even changing brand of pills can cause this.
