Depends: On what is going on. If you want to know if you are pregnant, you can do a home pregnancy test as soon as you miss you period, or you can go to the doctor for an in-office test. If you are just worried about having missed a period, i'd wait another month. It's pretty common to miss a period now and then, and is nothing to worry about.
