Need more info: Very difficult to answer without much more info. What have cell counts been in past? How high is elevation? Are platelets elevated or depressed? What are the sizes of red cells and are there any abnormal shapes? Are you a smoker? Do you have lung disease or live at altitude? Do you have any infections? Could simply be normal variation.

High WBCs and RBCs: If you're talking about high wbcs and rbcs in the urine, this may signal a urinary tract infection. In the blood, i would wonder if the person is dehydrated (volume depleted). A high WBC count can go along with infection, of course. Lgromkomd.
