Tell what bothers u: Pointing other person has a problem will create defensive attitude. The only thing you can do is to set healthy boundary for yourself - you can say I have a problem - whatever you are having issue with and give some rules and consequences. Learn how to detach from situations and follow through with consequences.

Prepared for denial: It's best to highlight behaviors that bother u, mention that you are concerned that these may be the consequences of compulsive use of xyz, urge treatment and offer help in seeking treatment. Be prepared for denial and rejection as that's one way for addicts to respond to such efforts. Though occasional instances of enabling might be unavoidable, try avoiding making it a pattern. Hope this helps.
