Headache: Headache is a sign of several different diseases. Migraine, tension headache, headache in acid reflux disease, due to a toothache, sinus infection, arthritis of neck, headache due to sleep apnea, and ........... I do not want to make you worried about more serious diseases such as brain tumor. Best for him is to see his pcp.

Chronic daily HA: A pattern of this sort could be due to migraines, muscle contraction headaches, or medication complications, even if he takes otc tylenol (acetaminophen) or excedrin. Need to break up pattern asap, and there are several meds and otc preps that work well. See your doc.
