Yes: Many (most?) women will have some symptoms, most commonly breast tenderness, fatigue, nausea, etc... However, some women will have essentially no symptoms at all. Enjoy it!

Yes: Most women don't have implantation bleeding. A women need not have all the classic pregnancy symptoms. Take care.
