Yes: If you believe you have been worsened, talk to your doctor about what's wrong. If you are not satisfied with the answer then consider getting another opinion elsewhere. Make sure to arrange having your specific records forwarded to the consultant. It's hard to be more specific unless one sees the patient and understands what's gone on.
