Depends: Most of the time pulmonary thrombosis is used for venous thrombosis [clot] that has traveled to lung.This is also called a pulmonary embolism [pe]. Information on this is on wikipedia. Rarely pulmonary thrombosis refers to pulmonary vein or artery thrombosis. To get information for these conditions use the more specific terms.
