Yeast?: It could be a superficial yeast infection. Be seen for an exam and treatment.

Yeast infection: Candidiasis (yeast) infection is the commonest female genital infection. Use of systemic or topical antibiotics predisposes to it. You may try otc topical yeast creams. If that does not help then you should see a gynecologist to rule out other conditions involving that area.
