Cystic lesion of size 4.5mmx4 on brain ?

Benign: Although hard to say what it really is, there can be benign cysts that run in families, and commence at conception and just sit unnoticed and asymptomatic for years. However, cystic lesions can occur during immune processes and infections. Would avoid surgery unless correlation with current problems, and get followup MRI in a few months.
