Allergy: These symptoms are most consistent with allergic rhinitis also known as hay fever. Symptoms include itchy ears, eyes, and nose, runny or congested nose, sneezing, and watery eyes. The itch in the ear can feel like you want to scratch deeply in your ear and high in the back of your throat. Taking over the counter medications such as Claritin (loratadine) or Allegra can help.
