Maybe: Increases in abdominal pressure push down on the pelvic organs so theoretically running could make prolapse worse. However, prolapse usually involves the connective tissue in the pelvic organs, which does not occur from running. You could wear a pessary while running to prevent feeling like you are prolapsing.

No : Unless its very substantial prolapse to start with. Exercise on creases muscle tone including that of the pelvic floor- which helps to hold im your organs. Heavy straining , particularly in a squatting position or prolonged squatting (at the garden or on toilet can cause worsening of prolapse amd hemmorhiids. Running also helps pass bowel movements and this helps avoid constipation.
