Any tips for how to screw my eyeglasses back together?

Proper screws: I am guessing that the screw (s) holding your lenses in place unscrewed and fell out. Did you retrieve the screws? You can temporarily hold the glasses together with a bent paper clip. If you have the proper screw and micro screwdrivers, you can do it yourself. Otherwise you will have to go to an optical shop where an array of screws is available.
