No: Stomach ulcers are a result of too much acid production in the stomach while leg ulcers are a result of failing valves in veins causing high venous pressures in the legs.

Leg ulcers: There is no relationship between leg ulcers and stomach ulcers. There are many causes of stomach ulcers and there are many types of leg ulcers.
