Don't squeeze!: First, you can do more trauma by squeezing that you cause scarring/infection so don't squeeze! if you've already done it, keep your hands off and let it heal possibly using an antibiotic cream. Once healed, silicone gel sheeting/creams can help settle inflammation. If still visible, consult your plastic surgeon because there are more than one type of scar and each type requires a different tx.
