Yes with help: Hi, when the sperm count is low ( >14 million is normal), then chances of conception naturally are much lower. This sperm count is less than a million. If this is indeed the case, then it would be difficult to conceive naturally. I would have him test again in about a month. If still low, you should see a reproductive endocrinologist as ivf would be the treatment of choice at that level.
