Dried blood: The most likely cause is dried blood from the last period. Sometimes there are remnants of the past period that have not fully ejected themselves after a menstrual cycle. If there is no fever, vaginal pain, or the discharge is not increasing or changing color then you should be fine. But if there are any of these symptoms or the discharge is increasing then please see your doctor.
