Maybe: This procedure has a high failure rate i would look for a alternative discogenic pain generator did you have relief from a preop coxyxx injection ? Only traumatic coxyxodynia relieved by injection improved after coxxyectomy procdure consistantly enough to consider it a viable option thats the science, the rest is hope and restlessness my opinion good luck its a frustrating condition for all

It should, but...: It depends on whether your pain was truly coccydynia! if so, recovery should have occured by now. It might be something else. I would see someone in rheumatology, physiatry, or a pain specialist to determine why you are still having pain. I have never recommended the procedure you had!
