Pale / white stool: White pale stool may reflect significant biliary obstruction or profound liver disease (often with accompanying jaundice). Or the white may be just a coating of mucus (a colon lubricant) which when present in large volume may signal problems with colon spasm (ie. Irritable bowel syndrome), partial obstruction, infection, and even sloughed colon lining due to a variety of diseases. Get her checked.

Question confusing: I'm confused by your query whether pale or white poo should be removed. If your child is an infant of < 6-8 weeks she should be taken to the doctor tomorrow & evaluated. White poo can mean no bile is getting through to the poo & can indicate a problem requiring timely surgery. If an older child, the reason should still be sought, but not in an emergency room.
