None: Dengue is a viral infection spread by mosquitos in most tropical areas of the world. It is also called bone break fever because of the severe shaking chills that occur. Initial attacks are usually not too severe but subsequent ones can cause shock and bleeding. There is no treatment , no cure, and no vaccine. The only prevention is mosquito avoidance and repellants. The treatment is supportive.
