Need to be evaluated: There are several possibilities for what you are experiencing; this could be caused by a vaginal infection, urinary incontinence or rarely pathology in the uterus or even fallopian tubes; you need to be evaluated by your gynecologist and you might need a pelvic ultrasound.

Infection or other?: If this is sudden change i believe that there are two possibilities. First, consider that this might be from your bladder. A bladder infection can lead to this kind of leaking. Second would be a vaginal yeast infection. I have seen them present as a profuse vaginal discharge that was watery! i hope this helps!
