Should not be a prob: While it is important to try and take birth control pills around the same time- loosing or gaining an hour should have minimal affect. Inside your medicine package there are instructions on what to do if you miss a pill for an entire dy- there are waays to atch up and get back on track. Missing pills can increase your chances of unplanned pregnancy. But daylight savings time is safe.
