PID: Pid in majority of cases is caused by std, so if you tested positive for gonorrhea or chlamydia you might have pid, the way to diagnose pid is by pelvic exam with so called chandelier sign, when examiner moves your cervix during vaginal exam and it is so painful that you leap from stirrups reaching for chandelier.
