Done: Those tests are the best way to test for the common and worst causes of pid. Pid causes pelvic pain and can lead to high fever and abscesses. If treated early, you have no worries.

PID: Pid in majority of cases is caused by std, so if you tested positive for gonorrhea or chlamydia you might have pid, the way to diagnose pid is by pelvic exam with so called chandelier sign, when examiner moves your cervix during vaginal exam and it is so painful that you leap from stirrups reaching for chandelier.
