Yes and no: Green discharge, per se, doesn't always mean an infection, but it's best to be tested, especially at age 18. The only over the counter treatment is for yeast, which doesn't typically turn one's discharge green. If you're sexually active, definitely see a physician or nurse practioner to get some labs done.
