Yes: You could theoretically become pregnant but unlikely if there was absolutely no penetration. However, if there was penetration with "withdrawal" for ejaculation, then the risk is higher as some sperm could have come out prior to full ejaculation. A urine pregnancy test can be accurate within a couple of weeks after conception, around the first day of your missed period.
