Possible: Changing birth control pills in the middle of the pack, restarting, stopping, etc, all can cause bleeding, spotting, and other hormone-related symptoms. You could also be pregnant. I would repeat a pregnancy test in about a week, and be consistent with your pills-don't vary and don't start/stop/change unless advised by a physician.

Possibly: Buya home pregnancy test. They turn positive at about the time you'd start your next expected period. If it's negative, repeat in 1 wek.

Unlikely: If you had your period during the inactive pills, very unlikely that you are pregnant. Sometimes the hormones from the ovary can mimick the symptoms of pregnancy. If you dont' want to be pregnant, continue taking the pills as directed.
