See a doctor: First, keep it clean and dry. Wash it with mild soap and water and cover with some gauze and tape or a small bandage, to catch the drainage. Often, just draining will help your body fight off the infection, however, if it remains red and tender, you need antibiotics which will need to be prescribed by a medical professional.
