Not necassarily: The vagina is highly expandable, remember it can stretch as a baby comes through. The elasticity will determine the tightness. If you lose the elasticity it may be loose and can be corrected.

Vaginal size: The vagina is highly distensible...Remember babies come through there. Most of the time it is "tighter" in women who have not given birth.
