Call your doctor: You may have a stomach virus.. You may need to be seen. If you keep vomiting and cannot keep even liquids down you will get dehydrated. You could be pregnant, urine tests are not always accurate. Get a blood pregnancy test. Call the doctor. Feel better soon.
