Eustachian tube: Eustachian tube dysfunction is the inability to equalize effectively when there are pressure changes such as airplane flights. If you can yawn or swallow to open up your eustachian tube and equalize, that is the most simple solution. Some people will use over-the-counter decongestantl to help with hopeful quick success. If this does not work, you see an md to ensure nothing worse is happening.
