Check the label: Depending on how much of the cleanser you actually ingested, it may not pose any real emergency. I'd call the manufacturer of the product you used and get the specifics on the ingredient list or call the poison control center asap if you're having any signs or symptoms from throwing up, pain, rash, etc. If you're having severe problems, go immediately to the emergency room.
