Not bad!: As a nutritional support supplement, it is not bad, and actually healthy. Limu is the hawaiian word for algae. Limu extracts are marketed as health supplements, the health benefits being attributed to the compound fucoidan which is found in them. Health claims are exaggerated, but it contains many micronutrients and amino acids.
