Yes: Sinus infection (especially in the maxillary sinus) can cause teeth pain in the area of top teeth. Flying can increase the pressure in the sinus which in turn can cause the teeth pain worse.

Yes: If you know you have a sinus infection and are planning to fly, both an antibiotic and decongestant would be advisible. Due to pressure changes, even with those medications, the is still a possibility of pain in upper teeth, especially the molars.

Yes: Yes. Make sure that you have the sinus condition under control before flying. Take along antibiotics, decongestants and pain medication just in case.
