Serious condition: This is a very rare disease which is a form of vasculitis(inflammation of the blood vasculitis) it commonly causes, sinusitis, has associated lung nodules and is associated with varying degrees of kidney damage which can lead to kidney failures. But it is treatable, usually requiring chemotherapy(although it is not cancerous!).
