That you should be: Discussing with your health care provider, depends on which baby it is 1 st labor is almost always lasts the longest once u are in active labor you should dilate 1 cm per hour and should not take longer than 2-2 1/2 hrs to push the baby out unless it gets stuck due to cpd please discuss all of this with your provider as it is your providers job to answer all of your pregnancy ?S.
