Not necessarily: Lots of possibilities if you bleed later than expected. You could have a normal pregnancy and the bleeding is coming from areas not related to the pregnancy. You could have an abnormal pregnancy, miscarriage or ectopic. Or you could just have a late cycle with extra pms symptoms. A home pregnancy test would be helpful and then a call to your doctor if it is positive.
