Could be either/both: The only way to tell for sure is getting it checked by your doc. You can try otc Monistat or vagisil which can treat yeast but nothing else. If either of these meds gets rid of your trouble, then it is yeast infection. If not, you need to see doc for an evaluation/treatment. Untreated std can have devastating consequences such as pelvic inflammatory disease and infertility etc...Good luck.
