How should i treat severe eczema on my neck?

Eczema: It is important to determine the cause of your neck eczema. Could it be the constant irritation of the shirt's tag? Necklace? Eliminating the cause may just be the only treatment you need. Anyway, emollient (thick moisturizing) creams/ointments are the treatment of choice. If severe, a short-time application of steroids can speed up its recovery.
