Possibly: Queefing is a neme for vaginal flatulence. Air in the vagina can be expelled during kegel exercises. But kegel exercises consisit of contracting the gluteal (buttock) muscles and thrussting the pelvis forwards. This can be performed by both men and women.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.

Kegel's : The idea of kegel exercises is to contract the pelvic muscles to hold something back, not expel anything.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
