Depends: Because of the location of your incisions, the wound may open. If this happens, it can delay your healing. I would say at least 6 to 8 weeks.

Vulvectomy: A partial vulvectomy is usually done for vin iii (carcinoma in situ/ severe dysplasia of the vulva). Healing time is variable but for it to heal all the way, 6-8 weeks is common. Patients are back to work 1-2 weeks after surgery.
